Set your target price on WEEX and get notified when the market reaches it—no need to watch the charts all day.
ℹ️ Price alerts only send notifications and will not place orders. After receiving an alert, you can decide whether to place an order. This is different from trigger orders, which automatically place an order once the trigger price is reached.
Price alert vs. trigger order
Price alert
- Send notifications when the preset price is reached
- No orders are placed—manual action required
- Best for traders who want to decide after the price is reached
- Set alerts for multiple tokens and price levels
Trigger orders
- Automatically place orders when the trigger price is reached
- No manual action needed to place orders
- Best for traders using predefined trading strategies
- Requires order side and amount to be set in advance
Alert types
You can set alerts with multiple trigger conditions:
- Price reaches: Last price reaches the set price
- Price rises to: Last price ≥ set price
- Price drops to: Last price ≤ set price
- Price increase: Price change ≥ set percentage
- Price decrease: Price change ≤ set percentage
- 24h increase: 24h price change ≥ set percentage
- 24h decrease: 24h price change ≤ set percentage
How to set a price alert?
- Open the WEEX app and go to the trading pair you want to monitor (for example: BTCUSDT)
Find "Market Alerts" on the top-right corner.

- Use the "Create Alert" button.
- Enter your target price.

- Select your alert type: "Price Rises Above" or "Price Drops Below"
- Save your alert to activate it.

Best use cases for price alerts
Scenario | Recommendation |
Monitor key levels | Set alerts above resistance levels and below support levels. |
Alert on liquidation risk | Set alerts 5 – 10% away from your liquidation price to add margin or stop losses in time. |
Watch for better entries | Set a "Price Drops Below" alert at your target buy price and decide once notified. |
Track multiple tokens | Set separate alerts for BTC, ETH, SOL, and other tokens simultaneously. |
💡 We recommend enabling notifications for the WEEX app to receive price alerts in real time. You can enable them in your phone settings under: Settings → Apps → WEEX → Notifications.
Note: During extreme market volatility, alerts may be slightly delayed.
